Physical fatigue is a common problem faced by many people worldwide, including you or your relatives. Most of the people find themselves exhausted and overworked from time to time. True fatigue is actually much more than the actual feeling of being exhausted and sleepy- it can make you stay in bed and forget about the whole world.
